Vodacom thinks they are the bees nees because they brought in the promotional data bundle which has kindly gone and broken the display of 3G balance when using a 3G card to connect to the internet. I buy my data via the FNB on-line site and I can only select regular data bundles, which Vodacom takes the liberty of converting to their promotional data bundles - with out checking with me first!

And there response to a call logged: Kindly be advised that the Promotional data bundle balances are not available via the Vodacom Mobile Broadband software. Only standard data bundles purchased will reflect when checking your balance via the software.

So much for you giving a promotion without updating all applications and systems to make sure it works across your service offering. Vodacom has completely and absolutely degraded the service I received by 100%. Take your pathetic promotional bundle away and give me back my regular data bundles so that I can see my balance on my 3g card when I connect!
