On 25/02/13 at 16:45 I spoke to Pada at MTN Call Centre and requested a 300mb once off data bundle to be loaded. I never received any notification up to this moment that it was loaded successfully, but I did however notice that I was able to connect to the internet on my cell phone.
I arrived home at about 17:15 from work. When at home my Cell is programed to automatically switch to the WIFI I have with Telkom. In other words it does not use the MTN network's data connections.
I then left home at 19:45 to go to Town and arrived back at home at 22:00. In that time I was gone I did not use the phone for any internet use.
This morning at work I realized that I was not able to connect to the internet using my phone. I checked my balance, and it showed zero data. Not knowing what was going on I contacted MTN and spoke to Shoneese. She told me that I depleted the 300mb data. I said to her that is impossible and that I want to see a report of my usage. She told me that I could only query this once my ACC closed on the 11th March 13. Now what do I do now??? I am to scared to ask MTN to load another data bundle because of this mess. So I'm stranded and I am using my cell for work. Really
