I've had a contract for my son with Nashua for the past 6 years and his upgrade is due. He has been with me in St Francis for the holiday period and has meant to return to Cape Town for a few days now. Last Tuesday I phoned Nashua PE, requesting if they had any iPhone's in stock. A sales consultant, Nicole, told me they had stock and that if I were to do an upgrade, it would take 2 max 3 working days to receive my phone. Upon returning the upgrade documentation sent to me, with CLEAR delivery details, I was informed that in fact there were no iPhone's in stock and ETA of new stock was uncertain. I have been phoning everyday to find out about stock. Eventually I phoned customer service who told me they had stock and the phone was being sent from Head Office. Monday morning I got a call saying my phone was ready for collection. NOT what I asked for, but Leanne "forgot" to upload the full upgrade details and refused to sort out delivery for Monday. I was promised delivery for Tuesday when I received a call to say the car broke down. Now its Wednesday. The manager Sandy refused delivery for Tuesday and has promised to get back to me 3 times, nothing yet. Sandy is now home, at 3pm, shop closes 4:30
