Terrible data speeds, and signal in general

General poor signal and data speeds. I need to in some occasions phone people back 2-3 times to get a line that they can at least hear me on.

Over and above that, my phone refused to connect to the cellc network for an entire day, showing me that it was unable to register on the network.

I got a call back from their customer care, basically telling me I should wait till the beginning of December... and that I could possibly try force my phone to use the Vodacom network since they have roaming to Vodacom allowed.

My phone will not roam to Vodacom manually as indicated, my poor signal - which kills my battery life, is still consistent. My poor data speeds are still ongoing...

I find it in bad taste that they expect us to continue paying their contract rates, while they are unable to deliver the service that we are paying for...

I miss my Vodacom account...
