For over a month now I am unable to use my data line due to the congested network during peak time (17:00 and 22:00). I work in the IT and need to be able to work from home after hours and due to the congested network I can even connect to VPN. I called to request the contract to be cancelled as I am paying for a service that is not being delivered and I was told that my matter would be escalated to the network department for investigation. I received on call (on my data line???) which obviously i missed and never a follow up again. Please get this matter resolved ASAP meaning get the guy out to confirm the bad network during this time so that the contract can be canceled (with NO penalties) so that I can get a decent internet service provider!!!
