I have 2 Cell C data contracts and I have been waiting to have adequate and reliable network availability since February. Most times when I try to connect to the internet there is a "no network available error".
I have made many calls to Cell C and also filled and sent in Network Feedback forms but never got any resolution, only promises that a technician will get back to me. Despite that I have to continue paying subscription for an almost non-existent service.
This problem has even discouraged me from taking up two more smart phone contracts with Cell C because I can't trust the network to deliver. While Cell C continues to promote a lot of attractive data offers and contracts on the media, its network is too chocked and congested to deliver quality service.
My question is how long do I continue to pay for service that I cannot use?
