I have a problem with the iphone 4s that i've just had for only 13 days. The phone froze for the first time in my that i heard of a iphone that freezes till i joined cell c. I called the call centre to for help and Buhle Langa in the Technical department took the call. When i told her my problem she just wanted to book it for repairs and when i asked if i'll be getting a loan phone she said n and i told her that i cant be without a phone. She asked me hold while she gets somebody to assist me, to my surprise she put the phone down. That to me is disgustingly rude.
