Pathetic service/lack of communication

I recently purchased an iphone S4 at the Cell C in Eastgate. 3 months later the iphone stopped working and I took my phone in to be repaired on the 18th January. I use my iphone for work purposes and it is an essential part of my job, the branch gave me an old Samsung that still had another persons messages, pictures and numbers on, not even in same league as the iphone and that was my replacement phone. I recevied an sms on the 21st January saying the phone has been recorded on to the repair management system, 4 days later I received another sms telling me that the phone has been received at the repair centre in Midrand. I have called the call centre continously to find out when the phone will be ready for me, to no avail. No one can give me a time frame or even tell me what is wrong with the phone. When I called the call centre, the most I could out of the call centre agent was that the phone would probably be ready some time duirng the week, I am still waiting...
