I have a blackberry 8520 on contract with Cell C. a week and a half ago the track pad got stuck in one position and froze there. I called 20 March and the call centre agent referred me to Jakaranda Centre in Franzina street. I drove all the way there and found there was no cell c shop there. I called the call centre today and was again referred to Kolonade centre as well as Hatfield cell c.. Where I could hand in my phone and get a loan phone to use and receive business emails. (Which I haven't been able to do for 10 days now) I called Kolonade and Hatfield and they both said, they do not give loan phones. and that my repairs will take 21 days. That is more than a month that I'll be without my business emails, yet your call centre agent and her team leader states that even though I don't have a phone, I must still pay my monthly contract fee. THAT's Ludacriss. Cell C is in breach of contract. My contract states, I pay R200 a month and I have a phone with R100 airtime and 115 sms's. I DONT HAVE ANY OF THIS...!!! I NEED THIS PROBLEM SORTED OUT.
