I ordered my iPhone 5 16 GB on 8 January 2013 - signed the contract - deal done. I asked when I would be receiveing my phone I was told a week, 10 days at the most! I also specified that I would like a white one and the sales lady told me it would be no problem at all.

I call the store everyone week to find out where my phone is and they tell me they have no idea when they will get stock. This is unacceptable, I have been a loyal cell c customer since the day you opened. What irritates me even more is I get called twice a week by a the call centre to tell me that my contract is ready to be renewed, I then ask the call centre person if they know when the iPhone 5 will be available and they have no idea.

Who is your advertising company, how can you advertise a well priced promotion (R399 on 16 gig iPhone 5) and then fail to ensure a sufficient amount of stock, even 8-ta is mocking you on the radio. Cell C has done more harm to their reputation by failing to have stock.

Please could someone who actually knows what is going on enlighten me as to when the iPhone stock will be arriving at my store. As it seems vodacom has no problem getting phones to their customers.
