Always out of Stock & Call Centre never answers

I called Cell C Rosebank direct on the 26 April 2013 to apply for an iphone 5 contract, once I put the phone down that was the last I heard from them. The lady told me to call the next day to follow up on my application and I did exactly that but the useless Call Centre agents are to busy keeping me on hold and talking about their personal life matters then actually assisting me. I have on numerous occasions called the call centre, held on for on average 15min each time and there after my call was disconnected! ever since I have not been able to speak to anyone to assist me or at least let me know when I will receive my phone! I have been to the Cell C store at The Glen on the 2/03/2013 again on the 9/03/2013 and called the following branches on the 11/03/2013 :
- Cresta
- Eastgate
- Rosebank
- The Glen
and ALL the above stores don't have stock! how can you guys be sitting with no stock for over a month. Another guys was at the glen complaining that he has been waiting from Jan 2013 for his iphone 5... Ridiculous!
I have no clue when I will receive my phone because all the above branches do not have stock and its impossible to get hold of a call centre agent!
