MTN has still not responded nor has anyone been to my house, nor did anyone call me after they promised that someone will do so, in order to get my network/ lack of signal problem fixed. I'm overly disgusted with MTN as I write this message, that I do not even know how to express my disgust. Here are all the reference numbers you gave me, for all the times I have contacted you about the problem: 44555; 2460907; 2346556. Please do not give me another reference number, I can't take them anymore, I'm running out of paper, and memory. Just fix the problem or STOP LYING and pretending that you even care.
