The last 2 months I've been havin the same problem. I have full signal, 3g..but no msgs on bbm/sms etc are going thru.no emails nothing..my phone is dead quiet. Ppl complain they can't get hold of me in no way. Then I phone cell c customer service, they say eish sir we are experiencing technical difficulty with our bb service. Then I ask well what's the problem and when will it be fixed..eish we don't know. Not allowed to give out that info. The one call centre agent was so rude and said because the sim is rica'd on my mothers name he can't assist me... all the other times they could, I bought the phone and sim, I pay it each month, she just rica'd it. I phoned back directly afterwards to ask what the name of the rude consultant was and they can check who I spoke to but can't tell me who it was So here I am on this site. The other thing that I wanted to know is why each time I phoned the call centre, did my phone all of a sudden come back to life..msgs etc coming thru like mad...
