BAD/delayed Service - No gift card as advertised

I applied for a contract with Altech autopage in November.
- After about 2 weeks of waiting and countless requests for the salesman to follow up with me w.r.t handset availability, I had to force the the salesman to keep their shop open until advertised hours to get a phone.
- After receiving the handset I had to wait almost two months for the contract to be activated due to a porting issue. Again feedback from the saleman was dismall, always promising feedback soon and then nothing.
- At the time of signing the contract Autopage was running an ad campaign indicating that if a contract is signed over R100 the customer receives a gift card of up to R1000. The salesman indicated that I would receive this as soon as my contract was activated. I followed this up many times and were always promised feedback after discussion with management, eventually I was told management indicated I will not receive the gift card. I informed the saleman this is unacceptable and he assured me his management will contact me. It has been more than 2 days now after my last call.
I am very dissapointed by the service I have received so far from this company, branch and sales staff!
