I bought a sony tablet from Limpopo mall on the 15/07/2013 and when i get home i realise that the manager Bongani broke it. I took it back On the 20/07/2013, Bongani the Manager was not on duty. Two ladies was on duty. On the door they wrote that they open at 08:30 an i walked in at 08:50 and they shouted me and said why am i coming in yet they are still moping the floor. After walking in the two ladies gave attitude and told me that they dont care much about the opening time written on the door. Today is the 02/08/2013 i still dont have the tablet yet i am paying for it. When i do the follow up with the shop, i was told to wait until monday 05/08/2013 sold they can do the follow up and they dont know as to when can i get the tablet back. MTN Limpopo mall service is the worst service i have ever recieved from any other MTN.
I need all my installments back to my account because i have never used the tablet yet i am paying a fortune.
