Severely delayed activation of nano sim

My current cellphone contract with Mtn via autopage expired end of January and
I opted to stay with autopage and get the iphone5 with a port to cell c,
Thereby keeping my current number.

I waited about 3 weeks for the phone after it was ordered, which I was happy to do
I received the phone about 10 days ago and my sim card has still not been
Activated on the new contract. After numerous phone calls last week, speaking
To every person in the branch, including the manager, I am still waiting for a response
As to what the actual problem is and what they are going to do about it.

I have also been told by more than one staff member that they will phone me back
But I'm still waiting for those phone calls.

I've been with autopage since 2002 and I have never been this dissapointed
With the service.l
