My husband received a call from George in March 2013 sometime for his upgrade. Initially with the deal he took George promised a Gift
Card for R1500.00... about five minutes later he calls back and says that he had made a mistake and the gift voucher was for R400.00.
We had since received the headset and subsequently my husband had made numerous calls to follow up on the delivery of the Gift Card.
He spoke to George and to Michael.
Three months later and still no joy.
Now the following is what has happened since I started calling on 24 July 2013 to see if I could get some response!
24/07 - Spoke to Mickey Meyer as I insisted I wanted to speak to a Senior... Firstly this guys had a very disinterested attitude towards
Me... to the point the he sort of sarcastically sniggered / chuckled when I told him that I want a Gift Card for more than R400 because of this poor
Service afforded to us. I then requested he call me back as I had been on the phone for over ten minutes. I tried calling him again later
that day @ about 15h50 as he had not called be back as I had asked him to. H
