Yesterday about midday i called mtn hyde park to inquire if they had a certain phone in stock. gentleman on the other end was polite and professional and said he'd check and ring me back in 5 minutes. he called within 2.
i requested that he have all paperwork ready in the next hour and i'd collect the phone as i was under time pressure.
then he bowls me over *drumroll*:
MTN: would it be more convenient if we dropped the phone off for you?
Me: if you can do so before 1330, then yes.
1330: new phone in hand, ready to roll.
