My wife sent her phone in for repairs a while we were promised it would be ready after 3 days. we went into the store to collect and it was not ready. at some point, the phone got lost in the store. we were promised it would be ready the following monday. once again we went in and it was not ready. we have been in many times. eventually we got confirmation that they would repair the phone. we were given a date when it would be ready (Monday this week). it was still not ready. a consultant promised us it would be ready today for collection. when my wife phoned in, they said they thought we were just going to collect it without repair (after we spoke to the consultant who said they would repair it). The consultant said he would call back at 2 today. we asked for a reference number for the call and he could not give us one. No call back!! my wife just called the store and now they do not want to even repair her phone... apparently because of her previous complaint on this site. the service there is pathetic, and deserved a second mention. the managers hide rather than face you in the store... i am also a customer. i requested an account transfer twice and it has not been done.
