Treated bad and phone still not working

I handed my phone in on the 12-03 I got a message saying that it was ready on 14/03.However My phone was still not working, I took it back in on the monday and received a messaged again saying it was ready, I requested to test my phone on collection. It still was not working, after waiting in store for over an hour they gave me my phone back and it was still not working! I was told by Sean (repairs manager) that it was not a problem with them and I had to call a number to have them test my line, I then went back to my office and then called the number the person on the line told me that they cannot test the line. They told me that I had to take the phone back to the Voda shop this would be fourth time I would hand it in and after the terrible service I received I do not want to go back there. I took it to the vodashop in Alberton city and a lovely friendly gentleman called Johannes diedricks helped me they look at my phone and got it working for a few days but now the problem is occurring again. They big problem is that my phone cannot send SMS's and this has been occuring since november 2012. I run a business and have We have over 10 lines with Vodacom. Yet it seems I am not valued
