Yesterday I took my phone in for repairs at MTN Repair in Midrand and Motlatsi told me to collect my phone today 15 Febuary 2013, but said I should call before. This morning I called him to ask if my phone was ready and he says that its ready but I must collect it at 16:30 which is the same time he told me the store closes. I went on to ask why I should only come at 16:30 if its ready at 10:30. He dropped the phone on me, when I called back he shouted at me and told me that he will not assist. Since when is it okay to shout at clients and refuse to help them if they did not offend you in any way? Now Im sitting here without my phone for the whole weekend..
