Great Service for Galaxy S4

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 and by mistake dropped it last week. Of course the phone could not be used at all. I called the Samsung Lifestyle Centre to hear the guidelines from them in order to repair my phone. I took my phone in on Saturday the 17.01.14. The system at this Lifestyle centre is absolutely brilliant. I did not even wait 5 minutes before I was called to the counter to be helped. The lady who helped me was Nadine. She asked me to fill in the forms and what happend to my phone. We filled in all the paperwork and Nadine took my phone to the back. She advised that my phone will be ready within 4 hours.By 09h20 I left the centre and I came back just before 14h00. The phone was fixed and ready with a brand new screen and due to the fact that the S4 has the ADH gaurantee on, I did not pay a cent.
Well done. I am so impressed. I will never buy any other phone manufacturer. And as for the service at the centre, a lot of companies in Johannesburg can learn from how you guys operate.
