I have a contract with vodacom and until now I have never had any issues with the billing from the company.
But then this morning I have received and sms warning me that I have used 50% of my monthly call limit.
All of this happens while I have a 1GB of data 190 minutes of talk time and 98 sms on the second day of the month.
I have no understanding of how this could have happened since I have bought extra data and increased my call limit last month. But for some reason.
I really was happy with the billing system of Vodacom but I am beginning to get worried.
