I rented over R1200 worth of bowls, plates, knives, forks and chairs from Affordable Decor. When I returned all the items to them, I received a phone call from them saying that I did not return 10 of the bowls. I said that I would pay for them as they are missing. So I paid them. A week later, they phoned back saying that they had made a mistake and that they didn't give me the 10 extra bowls and that I had paid too much! They said that they would reimburse me. I had to send my banking details to them and a week later they said it was paid into my account. I have STILL not received the money. I have been e-mailing them non-stop to reimburse me and i am just being ignored!!!
