Terrible service please help sort it out

I bought a phone from MTN Balfour Park about six weeks ago however there were problems with the phone and it froze and we were unable to use it.
I returned it to the shop last week Wednesday who sent it to MTN technical service. and was told that the it would take three or five working days.
Yesterday I went to collect it Balfour Park and it was not ready. I was advised to call them today.
Today the Tech depart told me that they don't have Paperwork for the Repair and I must go Back and resign forms that I have already signed. and then wait for the phone to be repaired. This is totally unacceptable as I have signed all forms given to me.
I am on a job and can not keep going back and forwards. Please call me to see how best we can sort this out so that the phone is Repaired ASAP and perhaps you can fax me what ever paperwork you need and sort this out immediately. Your assistance is appreciated
