Never calling Telkom support again

I have upgraded my line recently to a 4 meg line in hopes of getting better speed since I am a heavy internet user. When I called them the woman told me it would take 24 hours to be sorted I called the next day to find out why my line hasn't been upgraded only to be told it takes 48 hours, Eventually this upgrade has been done and I tested the line and never have I gotten a speed over 2.40Mb so I just called Telkom to have a look at this. After waiting for a hour I spoke to a Musa who reset the line and it didn't help he then told me I will have to work with it like this to which I responded so I have to pay you for a 4meg line and only get 2 meg line speeds to which he said if that is how you feel sir please downgrade to a 2 meg line. This is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to and will be downgrading to a 2 meg line as this is yet again one of the downfalls of Telkom not knowing how to do its job!
