A data line was taken out, it was due for upgrade in 2011. was comitted at the Santon branch and an upgrade was done by without me knowing. They spent 15K before Vodacom let me know. Vodacom paid the money back after an INTERUM investigation BUT refuse to cancell the line until their investigation is over. So since 2011 they are charging me R 469-00 per month and if I do not pay they will cut my other 3 lines. No one at Vodacom is interested. I also have a R 99-00 data line where Vodacom is charging me R 250-00 per month and it is an ongoing battle to get them to fix it, to me I have a signed contract and they are not interested in it. If they do not fix this I will have to consult with an attourney. Wake up Vodacom
