Have an existing contract with Mtn upgraded last year DEC 12 wanted a new phone so i took out a contract on an S3 SAMSUNG GALAXY worst mistake of my life the first month MTN deducted R700 which i thought was absurd last month thMTN deducted R600 thats when i decided to downgrade to a top up as i was on an open line and it was too much. Today i went to do a downgrade to change from an open line to a top up i had R700 worth of airtime and i lost it for what i dont know the guy didint even care i'm so right now i was due for an upgrade on my mtn number which i have for almost ten years and this is the service i get now i know loyalty is for dogs i'm joining vodacom tomorrow MTN big time
