I have just about had it with MTN and their manner in which they treat their loyal contract customers.
I have been experiencing serious DATA issues in the North Riding Area (Agricultural Lands) for the past 2 weeks and have not received any joy from the incompetent staff for resolution of my problems. The lack of response / feedback / updates is costing me serious money.
MTN is blatantly not looking to be held accountable for poor service delivery - you send your consumers generic questionnaires to complete when facing a problem, the one "division" refers you to another "division".., only to be referred back to the initial "division" - it's like being a rodeo clown in the circus, going round and round in circles with no progress to be made whatsoever.
