On 24 November 2012, logged complaint of bad reception at area of residence - Ref No 257937588. Received feedback (Hello Peter Complaint) 929754 stating "As per the feedback from the Network Division, a new site is planned for your area to improve signal coverage and we will keep you updated with progress. Should you require an update you may call 082111 with your reference number EC-ZAKI-2JFHYO." To date, nothing has been improved - reception going from bad to worse!
