On 12 Aug I reported a complaint on Hellopeter about Cell C's lousy data coverage and signal, and received the usual robotic response they give all Hellopeter complaints, and promising that someone from Network support would contact me. Well, no-one has contacted me- big surprise there. Called the Call Centre yet again and consultant looked up my previous query and said Network Support's feedback is that there is no coverage in my area. Why did Network Support not contact me with feedback. And there is coverage, just REALLY BAD coverage! Plus there answer is NOT a solution - I paid upfront for this useless 3G stick!
Now I have another problem. The SIM card is not being detected in the device! Arrrggg. How the does this useless company still manage to operate? Cell C - please do not give me another robotic reply to this message if you don't have any intention of actually dealing with it!
