My accounts division of my business has asked on numerous occasions for standard bank to send statements of our business card account, the staff of standard bank keep promising to send it via email then fax and still standard bank has not sent it which means work is hampered in my accounts division. on other related issues in the past, i get no response or resolution out of these employees and it seems to me they dont know what they are doing. is it because of affirmative action that i receive such poor performance from these individuals that seem untrained to deal with my requests or is it just another case of bad attitude from just another banking institution in south africa?
