Very disappointing, clown pitched up half an hour late using full black and a green coat. This was my babys 1st party, not a funeral. Had I been informed that the clown would not be using a clown suit I would have cancelled. Clown gave no apology for being late and said she had to leave at 3. Complained to the delivery guy, sent an email to Emmanuel [owner], still no feedback. This is unacceptable!!! Customer satisfaction should be the no#1 rule in any business. Pathetic!!!
