I logged the original call below on Hellowpeter on 22 May, a promise was made by Veronica that MTN would contact me. its now 3 weeks later and my problem is still not resolved.
Surely someone at MTN can pick up the phone, send out a technician and resolve this or is this too much to ask?

I have spent the past 3 weeks trying to get MTN to investigate the poor / non-existent 3G signal in the Rustenburg Cashan area. during this time i have visited a branch, called the Coverage Department, and eventually emailed the Coverage department.
After logging the issue again per mail on 14.05.2013, i received a reference number and a commitment that a coverage coordinator will be calling me soon regarding the coverage problem that i am experiencing.
i provided MTN with two contact number to make sure that they can reach me, but it's been 8 days now, still no response.
Can someone please assist?
