I only got my Blackberry for 5 months, i cant charge my phone because its broken, i am having problems with my blackberry from the 1st day I've got it, now I cant use my phone, I want this contract to be canceled and I've asked how many times now, Virgin Mobiles Customer Care email did read my mail and no one answer me back, i cant wait 21 working days for my phone to be fixed, I want to cancel this contract without any fees paid and i will go to another service provider, that can give me better service
this is really pathetic service and my 2nd complaint with Hello Peter I WANT THIS CONTRACT CANCELED,
i just can believe how poor Virgin Mobiles service can be
