Hi my name is Mohamed.i had lots of problems with my blackberry 9300 from virgin mobile from the time it was new. The phone was sent in about 5 times for repairs and came back with the same faults. every time it came back, they said they did a software update.i am frustrated and highly disappointed with the service of virgin mobile. my money is paid in every month without a problem so don't u think you u should give the same service if u are a honest and fair company. When I phoned in with my complaints the guy said on his computer it shows that my phone was replaced in march 2013 which is not true, I think you guys need to get your information and facts right. The phone was replaced in 2012 one month after I took out the contract. It looks like u guys are giving faulty phones to your customers and very soon they will all run to another service provider.
