They are very quick to sell or upgrade your contracts with detailed explanations of how everything works, but fail to mention the costs involved in cancelling the service or exchanging phones, then they pass the buck to the courier company.
They are not at all helpful and are doing dodgy business.
Will discourage everybody I know from doing business with them.
