Cell C – reneges on contract conditions as signed

Hi I have been a loyal Cell c customer for 10 yrs now neva missed a payment, never abused the internet privileges I have 2 contacts with them. In Aug Cell C changed their agreement with many of the loyal "law abiding "customers by changing the UNLIMITED BIS to only 2gb of data per month. [URL Removed] .When I renewed my current contract with them last year I signed for unlimited BB bis hence I also took out a contract for my daughter. This was just the start of a downward spiral. I pay R150 per month & receive R175 airtime & 100, the network has been slow in delivery sms's and now I discover I CANNOT do telephone banking or buy lotto from my cellphone anymore, I was told by the call center agent that *120*321# numbers & other competition numbers could no longer be used on my cell unless I buy additional PREPAID airtime!!! For years I have been doing cellphone banking for my cell without having to 1st top up my airtime, why do I have to buy extra airtime when I have R132 airtime available, just deduct the cost from MY CURRENT AVAILABLE AIRTIME??? I PAID for my airtime so I should be able to use it as I wish???
