I am on a top up contract, which means, according to my understanding, that the moment airtime, sms's and data is depleted that it is cut off. Now, I paid my contract for the month but did not receive any airtime! WHY? they say that data was downloaded on the 16th of December 2013 at 07:00 in the morning. HELLO! it was a public holiday and I was still asleep!! How on earth then does the top up not cut off and now paying my account for the 17th December to the 17th of January leaves me without airtime! When I asked the consultant if i load another R150 rand what will happen to the airtime? are you going to load it for me or will you again take it for some unknown reason? she just keeps telling me : "If you use your phone the airtime will be depleted" THIS DOES NOT ANSWER MY QUESTION! Will they load airtime or take it off for something THEY say my PHONE (on itself! ) did! POOR POOR POOR service
