My son uses an ewallet and has for the last 2 yeas on his top up BIS blackberry contract been able to use available airtime to send and sms to *120*277# to obtain his password to use to get access to his ewallet. Now i am told by cell c that the RULES have changed and even though he has airtime available (R80.00) he has to buy extra airtime and load it onto his phone to be albe to send sms's to banking suppliers. I can not understand what the difference is between the airtime that i buy monthly on his contract and other pre-paid vouchers to top up??? please help me understand - i feel
