EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day,
On the 28 of June I applied for an addiction contract at Cellcom Ladysmith Shop 12 PnP centre, San Marco centre. The on the 2nd of July I phoned asking if my account has been approved and they said yes but my phone has not been delivered yet the will be delivered on Friday the 5th but I told the guys to expedite these phones because the person I was buying for is having her birthday on the 4th and I would like to get them as soon as possible hence I need to leave to Durban so I can give it to her before she leaves for Cape town where she studies. On Wednesday during the day I phoned him again and I was checking just in-case but he told me that there is a parcel that has arrived but he hasn't checked if my phones where there. In in afternoon I phoned him again and he told me the same thing that he hasn't checked. At 17h00 I phone him again he told me the same story and I asked him to open the package and check because the following day I need to go to Durban for my niece birthday. Eventually he checked and he told me that the phones are there but they a metallic grey where-else I ordered white.

I had to leave to Durban without my phones on the 4th then on the 8t
