Wrong delivery

Wilson called me on the 17 April. telling me that I qualify for a laptop and I will pay R299. delivery came with Huawei tablet and laptop. I called the customer care and they tell me that cellc gave me for free. but to my surprise I saw in my statement that I have to pay. R969. I called them to come and take their tablet, they did but still debit my money and causes my account to have negative's balance. I call them everyday but no one is ready to help . no one called me to apologies for what they did. but instead they are busy with my bank account.
