We ordered a T shirt online about 2 - 3 weeks ago. We kindly asked the supplier if the T-shirt can be delivered before a certain date, otherwise we would have made different arrangements He promised us that the parcel will be here before or on the 7th of June. The parcel still hasn't arrived here. He offered to courier the parcel, and when we phoned him on the 7th, he told us that he had already couriered the parcel, and it was suppose to arrive on the day. When we phoned him this Monday, he had to confirm the address (that he didn't have anymore) and told us that he sent the package. He gave us a tracking number on Teusday, and when we phoned, they told us that the package was in Kimberley. While i'm typing this email, the package is in Durban apparently, and they can't tell me if it's dispatched yet. This is unacceptable!!! You can not to customers. Every company has an ethics policy, and according to that, this situation is unethical.
