A few years ago, a salesperson of Virgin Mobile phoned me regarding a special promotion they have on. I said to the guy that I never do phone buying s, he kept on and on and later his Manager phoned me and convinced me that it is a real deal.

The promotion was get one phone and another free. I discussed the whole deal with one of my friends who was working with me at that time.

When the phones arrived a few days later, it was totally the wrong phones. Not at all what they promised it would be. I immediately returned the phones back to the courier company. A few weeks later Virgin Mobile phoned me and demand that I pay the account, the more I explained to them that I NEVER EVER used the phones and didn't even open them, the more they demand that I pay them. The best part of it all is that the one lady CONFIRMED that she know that I haven't use the phones or the number!! So I asked he but then for what and WHY must I pay. She couldn't explain.

One day a Lawyer phoned me from JHB, it was the most unfriendly, rude person I ever met. I also explained to him that I don't have the phones and that I've send them back, the more rude he got.
