AS PER COMPLAINT ON 24 JULY 2013
I HAVE SEEKED LEGAL ASSISTANCE REGARDING THIS PROBLEM
THEY HAVE REFERRED ME TO THE CONSUMER COUNSIL
THEY SAY ACCORDING TO THE CPA, IF THE FONE WAS BOOKED IN FOR REPAIRS,
WHEN RETURNED, IT HAS A 3 MONTH WARRANTY.
IF THE FONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM WITHIN THE 3 MONTHS, THE FONE MUST BE REPLACED...
