I ordered my new phones through Lucrecia, 011 6504585, Thursday the 25 July
I called her back on Friday the 26 July TWICE, because i wanted to downgrade my monetary topup, but keep the same phones, I was told it could be done, NO PHONE call back!!! Left TWO messages NOTHING.
I then waste my airtime and PHONE again on Monday... finally get through to her, umminnngg and aahhing like there was nothing freaking wrong... eventually changes my package,
I then ask her when the phones are going to be delivered she said today - Monday the 29th - NO PHONES
Call Lucrecia, and ask her at 4 - she says to me (which should be recorded) I will call the courrier company and ask them whats happening and call you back - NO CALL BACK
why did i think this would change??? I have had endless problems, i should just have cancelled this contract!!
IT GETS BETTER - The courrier company eventually calls me to say they were there on Monday but Autopage gave them the WRONG address, even after i have confirmed this with Lucrecia on the phone!!!
I WANNA know how I am going to be compensated for this, otherwise you can shove this deal - and i will cancel it as i still have 7 days!!!
