Telkom responded to my query saying this matter is under investigation and supplied a reference number here on hellopeter on the 27th of June. All of a sudden, I get a call this morning from a lady called Maria in Pretoria advising me that Telkom has handed me over for this disputed amount. I'm still waiting for them to come back to me, and yet they go straight into the legal department for a money I don't owe. If someone from Telkom doesn't telephone me with immediate effect, I'm going straight to ICASA. This is criminal!
