Telkom, I'm still waiting for feedback on the below

Telkom is a company that can't wait to your money.
I've been unemployed since March 2013 and I requested a balance in order to pay off my adsl line anc cancel it
I called their call center and I was given a final amount of R906 which I paid on the 16th of April 2013 at 13h22 then all of a sudden on Tuesday last week, 2 months since I settled and closed the account, a lady by the name of Pinky Dlamini from Telkom collections calls me to say that I still owe R534 in past due interest and I need to pay this off immediately to avoid legal action. She then went on by saying the agent had given me the wrong amount over the phone. So my question is, why should I pay for an unprofessional mistake from their side. I've worked at customer care environments extensively and you can't afford to make a billing mistake and then expect the customer to pay for it. The calls are recorded. I expect Telkom to listen to that call and sort this out. I expect them to clear my credit record because I don't owe them a single dime. If not, I will take this to the authorities. I expect Telkoom to call me immediately and offer me an apology!
