Autopage is pathetic

Hello people, if you ever wanted to open an account by Autopage-Pls go to Vodacom!! March i upgraded to an iphone5 WHITE 64gb &had my phone stollen& @ 1/8/2013 - i'm still waiting for my replacement!! Try getting hold of someone capable@ to give you an answer, is like pulling hens teeth!! They said i could go pick up an iphone 5 from Cape Gate in black & the iphone was FAULTY!! BEWARE-they give you damaged stock&let you just return it within 7 days-they'll open an insurance claim on your behalf&charge it to your account, without your approval!! I'm so fed up with AUTOPAGE i can puke, but let you just stop your bebit order-you the one@fault& get blacklisted!! I've now tried several times to solve my issue but it seems that they thrive on this type of negative publicity!! Just to point out, that i've previously complained on this page & i'm still sitting with the same problem which i've had since MARCH 2013!! What me off the most is that i'm paying for a phone-which i don't have in my possession & last but not least - the way how AUTOPAGE is handling my issue&the time frame they've now taken to resolve it 5 MONTHS!! lets see what they have to say for themselves this time
