What is wrong with Telkom employees!!!?

So I missed my payments last year for 3 - 4 months I think, Telkom calls me now and again to collect. Eventually I get financially stable and then settle the account as per the information that was given by the Telkom call center agent... A few months later I find that i'm listed by telkom with ITC and I'm told to pay Legal fees to lawyers, for What?

Shouldn't I be referred to the debt collectors if my account is handed to the attorneys?
If yes then Why was I given an amount to pay by a TElkom agent then?

And why wasn't I called by the lawyers responsible?

I'm really sick of this Telkom incompetent agents who will tell you that ''the info you're looking for is with the credits department'' and when you request a call back, you wait until the kingdom comes... been waiting since last Thursday!!!

Can someone competent please call me, someone who knows what they went to work for and tell me what's going on here... PLEASE!!!

What are we supposed to do TELKOM to get help?
